Meet Nicole!

My career started as a Realtor after I purchase my first home to provide stability for my family. I was like most agents; I consciously decided to become a Real Estate Agent.  I started full-time in the field and in the first six months, I was failing miserably. I was going through the motion daily, going to the office, attending classes, prospecting, and showing houses, but nothing manifested. Therefore, I decided to take off a couple days to clear my head and thank God I did. It allowed me to meditate on why I had chosen to become a Realtor in the first place. I become a Realtor to have the opportunity to share my experience and assist others who was in a similar situation and/or circumstances as I become a homeowner.

By going through the process first hand I become very knowledgeable about the Home-buying steps. However, with the consumers/clients I was working for their was a large gap from what the consumer/client wanted (home-ownership) to where they current where in their financial life.

After a couple of years as a Realtor I changed position in the Real Estate Industry to a Residential Loan Officer. By working with a number of different lenders, clients and great mentor for 15 years, I have returned to the position of a Realtor with greater knowledge, experience, know-how expertise and a deep focus on financial empowerment to help create individual success and generational wealth.

With the variety of skills sets I have acquired and the dedication needed to become a homeowner.  I have a unique perspective on how to assist my clients on their journey to sustainable home-ownership.

As a non-producing Licensed Real Estate Broker who’s fifteen year career path is to help would-be homeowner remove the mystery of the unknown, build confidence and assist with the steps to achieve home-ownership. In addition, assist throughout the entire process-while shining the light on how your real estate investment can work WITH and FOR you and your goals today and in the future.

Contact me as I truly feel, I do what I love and love what I do when I am educating consumer and/or clients on the home buying process and on home-ownership sustainability through financial empowerment.

As said by a author, “I’ve learned that my true joy in life came from making a difference in the lives of others” (Davis, 2003).
